Shipping ＆ Return Policy

Article 1. Shipping Policy

1. International Shipping:　Products are shipped from Japan.

2. Shipping Timeframe: Delivery times vary by region, but orders will be shipped within 10 business days after order confirmation.

3. Conditions and exceptions for free shipping: Shipping is free for orders over 8,000 yen (including consumption tax) within Japan, and over 18,000 yen for orders outside Japan（applying the exchange rate at the time of purchase）. However, if customs duties, import consumption tax, or other customs clearance fees are incurred for overseas shipping, these costs will be borne by the purchaser, regardless of whether shipping is free or not.

Article 2. Duties and Taxes

1. Buyer Responsibility: Product prices do not include duties, import taxes, or other customs fees in the importing country (Taiwan, Hong Kong, USA, etc.). These charges are the buyer's sole responsibility.

Article 3. Returns and Exchanges (Taiwan, HK, US)

1. 【Taiwan Exclusive】7-Day Unconditional Return: Customers in Taiwan may return (cancel the contract) unconditionally within 7 days of receiving the product, excluding non-returnable items defined below.

2. 【HK/US】Return Period: All customers, excluding Taiwan, may return or exchange products based on our standards only if contacted within 14 days of receiving the product.

3. Non-Returnable Conditions: Returns and exchanges are not accepted for the following items: (a) Items that have been used, washed, or had tags/labels removed. (b) Items damaged or soiled by the customer. (c) Custom-made or personalized items.

4. Return Shipping Costs: For returns due to customer reasons, the return shipping cost shall be borne by the customer. If the return is due to product defects or incorrect shipping, we will bear the cost.
