Article 1. Scope and Acceptance

These Terms govern the use of the Arofa Keikicci EC site (the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Article 2. Use of Service

1. Users must comply with all laws and regulations of their respective countries and regions when using the Site.

2. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue the Site's service without prior notice to the user for system maintenance, legal compliance, etc.

Article 3. Sales Contract for Products

1. A sales contract is concluded when we send a **Confirmation Email** for the user's order.

2. We reserve the right to cancel an order, even after the contract is concluded, due to reasons such as out of stock, unauthorized orders, or inability to confirm the authenticity of the buyer.

Article 4. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The interpretation and application of these Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Japanese courts having jurisdiction over our headquarters.
